We manufacture factory-finished lumber right outside of Nashville, Tennessee, in the rolling hills of DeKalb County. Our lumber is distributed through wholesale and retail lumber yards across the Southeast and beyond. Every board we produce is kiln-dried, stained, and sealed on all six sides before it ever leaves our facility.

Our Standard Finish

We currently offer Chestnut as our standard stain color — a versatile medium-brown finish that complements virtually any architectural style. Custom finishes are available upon request, including Black and Slate options that are growing in popularity with modern fence designs.

The Lumber We Start With

We work with two exceptional cedar species. Western Red Cedar is our premium product — kiln-dried old-growth timber known for its stability, beauty, and natural resistance to decay. For customers seeking a more budget-friendly option, we offer Japanese Cedar, a plantation-grown species (approximately 70 years old) that delivers excellent performance at a lower price point.

Built-In Protection

Every post we produce includes a PostSaver sleeve with a 20-year guarantee against ground-line rot. Our manufacturing process begins with kiln-drying, followed by our finishing line application that seals every board on all six sides against the elements using EXPERT Stain & Seal.
