Join a Stain & Seal Experts crew as a wood care technician. You'll be part of a 2–4 person crew performing professional fence staining, deck restoration, and log home care across Middle Tennessee. Physical work outdoors — detail-oriented people who take pride in a clean result thrive here.
Requirements
- •Reliable transportation
- •Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- •Detail-oriented and takes pride in results
- •Previous painting, staining, or labor experience preferred (not required — we train)
- •Valid driver's license

Crew Lead

Experienced wood care or painting professional ready to lead a crew? We're looking for crew leads who can manage a 2–3 person team, communicate with customers, and deliver consistently excellent results without hand-holding.
Requirements
- •2+ years professional painting, staining, or exterior wood care experience
- •Experience leading or supervising a small crew
- •Strong customer communication skills
- •Clean driving record
